Since 1989 T2C2 has been heavily involved in providing application solutions to the telephone and broadband industry. Initially, these were custom implementations specific to the individual requirements of a given telephone or cable company. As demand grew and the applications matured, T2C2 packaged the applications to offer a more nearly “off the shelf” product. The diversity between telephone companies in their operating procedures, work procedures, systems, data bases, and general operations dictate that the application solutions meet the generic requirements of a wide range of telephone companies while retaining the ability to be easily “custom fitted” to an individual company.
Today, T2C2 provides engineering desktop solutions for the telecommunications and broadband industry. Our Systems are designed using Bentley System’s MicroStation™ as the graphic platform on which the applications run. A database, supported by MicroStation™, such as Oracle™, dBASE™, or MicroSoft SQL™, is used to add intelligence to the graphic elements. The result is a tailored Geographic Information System that provides the user with much more decision support information than is usually associated with mapping systems.
